Lunchcoin LLC operates a business-to-consumer (B2C) e-commerce website selling physical made-to-order knitwear. We do not provide subscription boxes, personal styling fees, financial services, or digital downloads as standalone products. Revenue is generated from the sale of goods listed in our online catalog at published prices.

2. Product categories we sell

• Wool sweaters - hand-knit pullovers made to order in pure wool
• Cardigans - cable and heritage knit layers
• Essentials - vests, skirts, and knit wardrobe staples
• Accessories - scarves, beanies, wraps, and gloves

We do not sell footwear, fast-fashion mass production, cosmetics, supplements, or electronics on this website.

3. Product descriptions & accuracy

Each product page includes:

• SKU identifier (format HKA-#####)
• Price in US dollars (USD)
• Available sizes (apparel sizes XS - XL (or One size for accessories, as listed on each product page))
• Written description of materials, fit, and intended use
• Care guidance where applicable
• Product photograph representative of the item

We make reasonable efforts to ensure descriptions match the goods shipped. Minor variations in color may occur due to display settings and material batches; such variations are not considered defects. If you receive an item that materially differs from its description, contact us within 30 days per our Shipping & Returns Policy.

4. Pricing

All prices are shown in USD on product and checkout pages. Promotional discounts, when offered, apply only to selected items and are capped as stated on the product page or sale banner. We do not use fake countdown timers or fabricated reviews.

5. Order fulfilment

Orders may be fulfilled directly by us or through approved partners. Made-to-order items display lead times on the product page. Tracking is provided when available.
